PLANTATION, Fla. (WSVN) -- A Chihuahua thief has turned herself in to police after she returned the puppy to the pet store she stole it from.
After she gave the puppy back to the store, Jennifer Daddona, 26, approached police who were on the scene following up on tips and turned herself in. Officers then took her into custody.
The owner of Precious Puppies had been offering a $1,000 cash reward for the return of the puppy. Surveillance cameras caught clear images of Daddona in the act of placing the puppy under her shirt and fleeing the scene.
The 15-week-old, long-haired, black and white Chihuahua was returned unharmed. According to a store clerk, the puppy is valued at $1,600 and had an embedded microchip.

I bet that Chihuahua puppy will be on a Police Department's K-9 Squad (the puppy is literally the black and white colors of most police cars).
