Oh, please.............

Nude pics in phone lost at McDonald's get online

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Here's some food for thought: If you have nude photos of your wife on your cell phone, hang onto it.
Phillip Sherman of Arkansas learned that lesson after he left his phone behind at a McDonald's restaurant and the photos ended up online. Now he and his wife, Tina, are suing the McDonald's Corp., the franchise owner and the store manager.
The suit was filed Friday and seeks a jury trial and $3 million in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.
The suit says that Phillip Sherman left the phone the Fayetteville store in July and that employees promised to secure it until he returned.
Manager Aaron Brummley declined to comment, and other company officials didn't return messages

thank god the election is over and i can get back to important stuff. ok class, what have we learned here. well for starters dont take pictures of your wife (or anyone else for that matter) on your cell phone. in the event that you cant control yourself and you must take the pictures then you should be a little more careful with your phone. third, if you find a cell phone (and i have) check the pictures first (i did). the one i found had a woman having fun with herself (if you ge my drift). well actually she wasnt alone ...someone had to be taking her picture and if the truth be told there was at least two others with her because another young lady joined her. the really shocking pictures were when her dog joined in. thats one phone she should have guarded with her life. i was going to send all the pictures to my computer but she was no looker so after showing the pictures to my friend i returned the phone to her. now ever time i see her walking that dog i know he deserves a good walk. getting back to the original story , i wish i was on that jury. he wouldnt get a dime. he would get some advice which were my first two points. the fact that they had to move makes me laugh. this story brightened my day and i hope it does yours too.
